Randy Just: 4-Weekend Teacher Training in the Iyengar Tradition

Randy Just is the director of BKS Iyengar Yoga Studio of Dallas and is a Senior Intermediate I Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor. His study of yoga began in the ’70s and during the mid-’80s he became a devoted student of B.K.S. Iyengar. Randy has studied with the Iyengars in Pune, India, as well as many senior Iyengar teachers globally and throughout the United States. Randy’s devotion to yoga and compassion for his students characterize a dynamic, precise teaching style. His innate sense of humor coupled with an insightful understanding of Iyengar yoga inspires and challenges his students thus enhancing the depth, clarity and focus of their practice. Randy is currently an assessor on the National Board for Iyengar Yoga Teacher Certification.

Peentz will lead a special 2hr class to soothe you into the winter holiday season. Beginning with 30mins of restorative asana, introducing the Vayus (the subtle energies of the body) as a vehicle to bring light into your practice of both asana (postures) and pranayama (breath control).

Elise Browning Miller, M.A. in Therapeutic Recreation from UNC-CH, is a Certified Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher who has been teaching yoga throughout the US and internationally for over 30 years. Victoria Austin: Exploring How Yoga Builds Awareness of Mind & Body

Shosan Victoria Austin has been practicing and teaching both yoga and Zen Buddhism for decades.
