Yoga Practice & Meditation -Practice poses to strengthen and stabilize the back and pelvis to sustain a comfortable seated position for meditation. Dispel beliefs that one must sit in full lotus on the floor to have a beneficial meditation practice. Willingness is all that is needed. Saturday, 11.11.17, 2-4 PM, $45
