Neck & Shoulder Asana is meant for students who hold tension from sports, desk work, playing instruments, creating artwork, from general tension and from injuries.
Kelly Marie Sobanksi is CIYT Junior III. She has studied 6 months in Pune, India with the Iyengars and has cultivated experiential knowledge directly from the Iyengars. Kelly has been assisting in Lois Steinberg's therapy classes at Iyengar Yoga Champaign-Urbana for six years. Kelly inspires practitioners to cultivate wisdom, intuition and luminance through the endless learning that yoga cultivates.
