In this workshop with Marla Apt, deepen your practice of Iyengar yoga and experience a new level of self-awareness that brings clarity, peace, and strength. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of yoga, Iyengar places great focus on alignment and sequencing and features practices to promote holistic health and balance, healing and personal growth.
This immersion will expand your knowledge of the Iyengar lineage and provide a supportive space for you to develop your asana, pranayama and meditative work. As the days progress, you’ll follow a thread of learning in which each practice and philosophy discussion builds on the last – whether you start the immersion as a beginner or seasoned practitioner.
