Laurel is the Founder and Director of Sweetbay Yoga, in Bethesda, Maryland. Sweetbay is an Iyengar/ Align studio whose base began over 25 years ago. Devoted, curious Iyengar yoga and a strong sense of community. Easy to be known and to know others - to whatever extent you'd like. Same is true for the Sweetbay Girona Retreat in October.
