Insights from Pune: A 5-Day Evening Intensive
After three months of dedicated study at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India, Randy Loftis, Level 3 CIYT, is returning to Asheville excited to share this work with the Iyengar Yoga community in the US. This February, he will offer a focused 5-day evening intensive informed by RIMYI’s progressive sequencing, along with daily open practice sessions that allow students to explore, integrate, and deepen their work independently. Together, the classes and open practice create a week of continuity and depth, supporting steady engagement and a clearer understanding of practice from day to day.

Iyengar Yoga workshop with Randy Just
Randy Just’s devotion to yoga and compassion for his students characterizes a dynamic and adaptable teaching style. His innate sense of humor paired with an insightful understanding of Iyengar yoga both inspires and challenges students, contributing to a well rounded and focused practice. Randy has been a vital part of the Iyengar Yoga community. He is the director of B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga Studio of Dallas and a Level 3 Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor. His study of yoga began in the 1970's and during the mid-80's, he became a devoted student of B.K.S. Iyengar. Randy has studied with the Iyengars in Pune, India and teaches workshops internationally.
