Kaivalya Pada Philosophy Discussion Group with Doerthe Braun and Nazli Weiss
“Kaivalya is the highest state of profound establishment of the seer in which the seer shines in his own glory. In this state nature (prakriti) is exiled and the coronation of the Atman (citta shakti) takes place. The destruction and eradication of ignorance and of arrogance through right knowledge and through right approach in yoga, cuts the link between prakriti and purusha bringing about the experience of kaivalya (liberation)”. B.K.S. Iyengar In this philosophy study group we will explore a yogic practice that gives us both the vision and the strength to isolate our core being from our habit channels and samskaras and visualize the Seer within.
All Dates: 1/13, 2/10, 3/17, 4/14, 5/12, 6/16 1:15 pm to 2:30 pm
This is a FREE event (zoom only), but registration is required to get the zoom link.
