Yoga for Cyclists

The Yoga for Cyclists Workshop is designed to: -Improve participants’ understanding of how cycling affects the body -Explain how yoga, when practiced regularly, can alleviate the physical stresses caused by cycling -Support faster and more effective recovery between rides -Prevent overuse injuries -Assess participants’ existing imbalances and identify where stress is held in the body In addition to a personalized assessment, workshop participants will receive a cyclist-specific yoga sequence. When practiced regularly, this sequence can improve overall well-being, enhance recovery, and support better cycling performance.
